In the early 2000's Sister White achieved some popularity across the island with the right combination of classic metal and electronica. The group also featured international talent with female Taiwanese vocalist Hsiao-yu wailing on the mic backed by Brazilian rocker Miguel Reategui on bass and American Ken Cox on guitar in Johnny Thunders fashion, both of whom went on to join the heavy pop sensation Jindownin. Sister White cut one record entitled Kick It! in 2004 and during this time appeared regularly at venues like The Wall and also opened for legendary Taiwanese rocker Wu Bai at the UbU festival at the Huashan Culture Center.
